Amber guides our clients through the lending process from their initial contact with our office to our post-closing annual reviews. She is our client's main point of contact before and after their initial consultation with Rich. Amber manages our client's files to make sure deadlines are being met and we are closing in a timely manner. She keeps everyone involved in the transaction updated on the status of the files as it moves through our office. Amber is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns you have about the lending process.
Professionally, Amber is actively involved with the Affiliates Marketing Alliance of the Estes Park Board of Realtors and she was named Affiliate of the Year in 2006. Personally, she volunteers on the Board of Directors of the Caring Pregnancy Center of Estes Valley and coaches a youth basketball team each spring with the Estes Valley Parks & Rec.
As an Estes Park resident herself for over 12 years, Amber understands this community and why so many love to live here, and others strive to make the Estes Park dream their reality.

Sherry Flanery is our office manager and brings an enormous amount of expertise to the business. Sherry has experience as a loan processor, and is a licensed real estate appraiser with 20 years in the business. Sherry is also a licensed Realtor and is an owner of a real estate investment company. All this and she still has time to volunteer her time with our son's and daughter's elementary school classes and the local swim team.
